For Online Orders:
If the product is in new/unused condition, customer's may request to return the product within 7 days of receiving it. Customer's must contact us and receive a return authorization number before returning the product. The customer has 15 days to return the product after the return authorization number is issued. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the product is received it will be inspected. If the product was received back to us in new/unused condition then a refund will be issued for the product less a 20% Restocking fee. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Note: Customized product is non-refundable.
In person sales are non-refundable, however they may be exchanged the same day of purchase if the product is still in the packaging. Exchange must be for a product of the same or higher value (by paying the difference in price).
If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with 7 days of receiving the product, so that we can rectify the issue.
Seamless bags are not actually seamless. The difference is that a seamless bag doesn't have the standard closing seam. Instead, the closing seam is a hidden stitch that makes the closing seam similar to the other three seams.
Benefits of a seamless bag:
• Seamless Bags are more uniformed which makes them more balanced.
• Seamless Bags do not have a stiffer side which makes them more hole friendly.
• Seamless Bags provide more consistent movement on the boards.
• Seamless Bags are really cool and they are fun to show off to people!
Seamless bags take extra long for us to make. Using a unique technique that Miriam developed, the bags are hand stitched closed. This process takes as long as making the rest of the bag. This is a premium product that delivers premium results.
