Want to learn how to throw a roll bag?  Practice is the key.  Place the Roll Bag Trainer in front of the hole to practice your roll bags.  Each Roll Bag Trainer is 40 oz.  The bottom is an anti-skid fabric that will help hold the Trainer in place as you throw.
